Refund policy

We encourage you to ask questions, such as sizing on clothes and lengths of necklaces so that when your order arrives, it is exactly as you wanted. However, in the case that you need to return or exchange a regularly priced item, our policy  is outlined below.  

Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:

• The return deadline is 30 days from the date marked as delivered from the mail carrier for an exchange or store credit and 15 days from the delivery date for a full refund minus the original shipping fees. 

• The returned package must be accepted by the post office on or before the deadlines. 

• The return shipping label will be emailed to you. The expiration date will be provided in the email. You will need to print the label, retape the original package, and retape the label on top of the original label. The weight of the return label is based on the original package weight. Note: boxes will exceed this weight and you will be responsible for the additional shipping fees. 

• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.

• Returned items must not have makeup stains or tobacco odor. 

• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

• Jewelry for exchange must arrive back exactly as it was sent from the warehouse.

• Boots and shoes that arrive wrapped must be returned wrapped with no tape, labels, or writing on the box itself. 

Please allow 2 business days for your return to be processed from the date we receive it.  You can still shop while you wait on your return to be processed. In-store credit or refund will be issued net of return costs when applicable. 

Unapproved items will be returned at your expense. 


To start a return, you can contact us at support@texastwistedboutique.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products, adhesive bras, bodysuits, earrings, swimsuits, etc.).  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
